摘　　要：以果蝇、日蝇及其3龄幼虫为研究对象,采用先染色后分离唾腺组织的方法简化了唾腺染色体的制备过程。通过比较发现,日蝇可能是更适合制备唾腺染色体的试验材料。Taking Drosophila melanogaster,Heleomyzidae and their third-instar larvae as research objects,the preparation process of salivary gland chromosome was simplified by using the method of firstly staining and then separating the salivary gland tissue.The results indicated Heleomyzidae might be more suitable for preparing salivary gland chromosome than other experimental materials.
