摘　　要：采用阻断ELISA抗体试剂盒检测陕北白绒山羊体内小反刍兽疫免疫抗体,探索母源抗体消长规律,比较3种常用血清学诊断方法的准确性,评价不同免疫方法对免疫效果的影响,测定小反刍兽疫活疫苗在榆林地区临床应用的安全状况、免疫效果、免疫抗体持续期。结果显示,疫苗临床使用安全,72日龄后羔羊母源抗体的平均阻断率降低,阳性率较低,适合首免,胶体金诊断试剂盒与阻断ELISA结果阳性率差异显著,按照说明书剂量皮下1倍剂量、2倍剂量或肌肉注射接种未发现任何不良反应,免疫接种14d后均能产生较高水平抗体,免疫期至少可达67周。研究结果可为合理制定陕北白绒山羊制定合理的小反刍兽疫免疫程序提供了理论依据。In this study,the immune antibody of peste des petis ruminants in Shanbei white Cashmere goats was detected by blocking ELISA antibody kit for exploring the regression rule of maternal antibody,to test the safety status,immune effect and immune period of clinical application of peste des petis ruminants(PPR)attenuated vaccine in Yulin area,the accuracy of three commonly used serological diagnostic methods were compared,and different immunological methods on immunization effect were evaluated.The results showed that the vaccine was safe in clinical use.The blocking rate and positive rate of primary antibody in lambs were lower after 72 days,that is appropriate for first immunization against PPR.The positive rate between the colloidal gold diagnostic kit and blocking ELISA antibody kit was significantly different.There was no adverse reaction when single,double dose vaccine was given by subcutaneous injection or intramuscular injection.The higher levels of antibodies were produced after 14 days of immunization,the immunization period was at least 67 weeks.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the development of reasonable immunization program for Shanbei white Cashmere goats.
