摘　　要：榆林是布鲁菌病的老疫区,其传播流行影响着家畜优良品种的改良与推广,阻碍畜牧业的持续发展,并危害人类健康,已成为当前重大公共卫生问题,所以探索出一种科学、高效的陕北畜间布鲁菌病控制净化模式,为确保榆林地区畜牧业健康发展和公共卫生安全具有重要意义。动物疫病渐进式控制路径(PCP)是由联合国粮农组织(FAO)高级顾问John Edwards率先提出,这种方法包含了描述疫病流行区域风险管理的5个渐进式阶段,且为每一个阶段提供了相应的标准,可用于衡量疫病风险管理进程,旨在提供一种在申请无疫认可前需要完成的风险测量和风险管理的路径。榆林地区以点为突破口,结合PCP,通过先进的流行病学理念和方法探索出一种科学、高效的陕北畜间布鲁菌病控制净化模式,以提高羊饲养效益,促进陕北羊产业的健康稳步发展。Yulin city is the old epidemic area of brucellosis,the spread of popular varieties in livestock affects the improvement and promotion of livestock,hinders the sustainable development of animal husbandry,endangers human health,has become the current major public health problems.It is of great significance to ensure the healthy development of animal husbandry and public health and safety in Yulin area,by exploring a scientific and efficient control and purification model of brucellosis in northern Shaanxi.Progressive control pathway(PCP)was first proposed by John Edwards,senior advisor to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO),which contains five progressive phases that describe the regional risk management of epidemic diseases.The phase provides the appropriate criteria that can be used to measure the disease risk management process and is intended to provide a path to risk measurement to be completed prior to applying for immunization.Yulin region as a breakthrough point,combined with PCP,through advanced epidemiological concepts and methods to explore a scientific and efficient and control purification model of brucellosis in northern Shaanxi in order to improve the efficiency of sheep and goat feeding and promote the healthy and steady development of sheep and goat industry in northern Shaanxi.
