摘  要:结合煤化工高浓盐水近似半咸水或咸水性质,提出一种高浓盐水资源化利用新工艺。采用高浓盐水置换部分淡水或半咸水,用于制备盐湖固体钾资源开发的溶浸剂。以不同阶段高浓盐水为原料制备溶浸剂,进行察尔汗盐湖固体钾资源开发的应用实验研究。结果表明,高浓盐水在溶浸剂中所占质量分数低于0.8%条件下,制备的溶浸剂能够开采察尔汗盐湖固体钾资源,制备的氯化钾达到工农业氯化钾国家标准(GB 6549—2011《氯化钾》)合格品要求。新工艺充分利用煤化工高浓盐水中的水资源,具有节能减排、节水的双重效益,实现了煤化工与盐湖化工产业链的有机结合。A new resource utilization process was designed,according to the high concentrated brine of the coal chemical industry was similar to brackish or saline water.It was that the high concentrated brine replaced some fresh or brackish water to prepare a solvent which was used to leach potassium from Qarhan Salt Lake deposits.The experiment was aimed to prepare leaching solvents with high concentrated brines at different stages of coal chemical industry.As a result,when the mass fraction of high concentrated brine in the leaching solvent was below 0.8%,the leaching solvent could be used to exploit solid potassium resources in Qarhan Salt Lake,and qualified KCl met the national standard Potassium Chloride,GB 6549-2011.Using the process,the water of brine was efficiently utilized,and energy-conservation,emission-reduction and water-conservation were achieved.Meanwhile,coal chemical industry chain was combined with salt lake chemical industry.
