摘 要:对沉淀钼酸镉进行中空化来提高钼酸镉的光催化性能。以钼酸钠和硫酸镉为主要原料,通过碳酸钠的辅助陈化,实现了沉淀钼酸镉微球的中空化。产物经场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征,表明中空化钼酸镉微球和沉淀钼酸镉微球都由细小颗粒组装而成,但中空化钼酸镉微球的组成颗粒更为细小,且微球粒径更为均一。通过比较沉淀钼酸镉微球和中空化钼酸镉微球光催化降解罗丹明B的性能,发现在300 W汞灯照射下,20 mg中空化钼酸镉微球在180 min内可将50 m L质量浓度为8 mg/L的罗丹明B降解完全,而沉淀钼酸镉微球对罗丹明B的降解率只有约50%。说明碳酸钠的辅助陈化对沉淀钼酸镉微球的中空化发挥了重要作用,证实了中空化钼酸镉微球光催化降解性能的增强。‘Making the precipitated CdMoO4 hollow’was employed to improve its photocatalysis.Hollowed CdMoO4 microspheres were prepared by assistance of Na2CO3 during ageing,with CdSO4 and Na2MoO4 as raw materials.The precipitated CdMoO4 mi-crospheres and hollowed CdMoO4 microspheres were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results showed that the precipitated CdMoO4 microspheres and hollowed CdMoO4 microspheres were assembled from fine particles.However,the particles from hollowed CdMoO4 microspheres were smaller than those from precipitated CdMoO4 microspheres,and the hollow microspheres were more homogeneous.Through comparative studies of Rhodamine B photodegradation catalyzed by precipitated and hollowed ones,it was found that Rho-damine B could be degraded completely in 180 min under irradiation of 300 W mercury lamp with addition of hollowed CdMoO4 microspheres when 20 mg of transformed product was added into 50 mL of 8 mg/L Rhodamine B solution,while only about 50%when precipitated CdMoO4 microspheres added.The photocatalytic test results showed that Na2CO3 played an important role during the formation of hollowed CdMoO4 microspheres and proved the photocatalytic degradation property enhancement of hollowed CdMoO4 microspheres.
