摘　　要：在重型汽车的生产制造活动中,工艺方法及参数的设定是否合适,直接影响着生产制造过程及结果。DOE(design of experiment)是一种实验设计方法,它能够通过实验来计划和控制变量,寻找最优参数及方法,为生产活动提供最优方案。文章以压油管焊接质量可靠性设计为例,在minitab平台基础上,通过实验数据分析,寻找最优焊接参数,以保证压油管焊接质量的可靠性。In the heavy automobile’s manufacturing activities,whether the arguments was designed suitably or not,affect directly the producing process and the result.DOE is the design of experiments,it could plan and control variable by means of experiments,find the best appropriate argument or method,offer the best scheme.This text rely on the minitab software,make the reliability design of the tube for example,analyse the appropriate arguments of the weld by experiments,make sure that the tube which was welded stably and reliably.
