心理护理应用于职业健康检查纯音听力测试中的重要性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析心理护理应用于职业健康检查纯音听力测试中的临床效果和重要性。方法:选取2016年8月-2017年8月在本院接受职业健康检查纯音听力测试的58例受检者作为研究对象。所有患者均经初次纯音听力测试达到噪声聋水平。对58例受检者给以适当的心理护理,并在行心理护理前后分别进行1次纯音听力测试,分析比较两次测试结果。结果:心理护理后,纯音检测中表现为轻度、中度、重度听力受损的人数均有所减少,且重复性良好,需要进行进一步复查的例数为40例,复查人数比例为68.97%,明显低于心理护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于噪声作业职业健康检查的受检者在行纯音听力测试时,针对性的给予心理护理,能够提高受检者的配合度,减少夸大聋和伪聋的例数,从而有效保证测试结果的准确性,降低复查率,值得临床进行应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and importance of psychological nursing in the pure tone listening test of occupational health examination.Method:A total of 58 subjects received pure tone listening test in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected.All the patients reached the level of noise deafness after the first pure tone listening test.All the patients were given appropriate psychological nursing,and one pure tone listening test was performed before and after psychological nursing.The results of two tests were analyzed and compared.Result:After psychological nursing,the number of people with mild,moderate and severe hearing loss was decreased in pure tone listening test,and the repetition was good.The number of patients in need of further reexamination after psychological nursing was 68.97%(40 subjects)was significantly lower than that before psychological nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological nursing should be given to the subjects of occupational health examination during the pure tone listening test,which can improve the cooperation degree of the subjects and reduce the cases of exaggerated deafness and false deafness,so as to ensure the accuracy of the test results and reduce the rate of review.It is worthy of clinical application to reduce the rate of reexamination.
