综合护理干预联合情志护理对神经性皮炎患者治疗依从性、不良情绪及生活质量的观察与研究

摘　　要：目的:探究综合护理干预联合情志护理对神经性皮炎患者治疗依从性、不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:筛选2016年1月-2017年12月于本院接受治疗的86例神经性皮炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组给予中医情志护理干预,观察组联合综合护理干预。比较两组临床疗效、治疗依从性及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、SF-36评分。结果:观察组疗效总有效率及治疗依从性(95.35%,97.67%)显著高于对照组(81.40%,79.07%),干预后SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经性皮炎患者应用综合护理干预联合情志护理,患者治疗依从性更好,不良情绪改善明显,可有效提高治疗疗效及患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with emotional nursing on treatment compliance,bad emotion and quality of life in patients with neurodermatitis.Method:A total of 86 cases of patients with neurodermatitis in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the table of random numbers,43 cases in each group.The control group was given TCM emotional nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,treatment compliance and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and SF-36 quality of life scale were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate and the treatment compliance of clinical efficacy in the observation group(95.35%,97.67%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(81.40%,79.07%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention combined with emotional nursing for neurodermatitis patients can have good treatment compliance,and significantly improve the bad emotion,it can effectively enhance the treatment efficacy and quality of life.
