辅助生殖技术在新生儿近期安全性方面的评价研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)出生儿近期安全性。方法:选择2014年3月-2015年2月在本院接受ART出生的新生儿(研究组)及同期自然妊娠产妇的新生儿(对照组)各100名进行回顾性研究。采用儿童生存质量测定量表(PedsQL)与家长代评量表对两组儿童及家长进行调查。结果:PesdQL儿童自评量表与家长代评量表显示两组出生儿在生理功能、情感功能、社交功能和学校表现4个方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ART出生与自然妊娠出生的出生儿生存质量现状无明显差异。Objective:To investigate the recent safety of children assisted by ART.Method:A total of 200 children born in our hospital in March 2014 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,100 children were born by ART as the study group,100 children were born by natural pregnancy as the control group.These children and parents were investigated by PedsQL.Result:There were no statistically significant in scores of physiological function,emotional function,social function and school performance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in the quality of life between the birth of ART and the birth of natural pregnancy.
