使用斑马导丝引导下筋膜扩张器治疗尿道狭窄20例的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论以斑马导丝为引导,在尿道狭窄治疗中使用筋膜扩张器临床效果。方法:对20例尿道狭窄患者在输尿管镜下置入斑马导丝,通过导丝引导使用适宜筋膜扩张器进行尿道狭窄扩张,置入F16-18导尿管3~4周。结果:20例中除1例明显尿道闭锁改为开放手术外,其余19病例均获成功,随访1年,患者最大尿流率残余尿基本正常。结论:筋膜扩张器在斑马导丝引导下行尿道扩张效果理想,该方法实用可行。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of fascial dilator guided by zebra guided wire in the treatment of urethral stricture.Method:A total of 20 cases of urethral stricture were examined under ureteroscopy before urethral exploration,and then a zebra guide wire was placed in the urethra.The urethral dilatation was carried out with a fasciae dilator under the guidance of the guide wire,and the F16-18 catheter was placed for 3-4 weeks.Result:In the 20 cases,except 1 cases of obvious urethral atresia changed to open operation,the other 19 cases were successful.After 1 years of follow-up,the manimum urine flow rate and residual urine volume were basically normal.Conclusion:The zebra guided wire guided fascia dilator is a safe and effective method for the treatment of urethral stricture.This method is practicable.
