摘  要:采用水热合成法合成不同氧化镍含量的NiAlPO_4-5分子筛。红外、紫外漫反射和氢气升温还原表征结果揭示合成的NiAlPO_4-5分子筛中骨架Ni和非骨架Ni共存。金属镍对AlPO_4-5分子筛骨架的取代没有改变分子筛晶体结构。NiAlPO_4-5分子筛比表面积相比AlPO_4-5分子筛下降,晶粒增大,酸量提升。NiAlPO_4-5分子筛应用到二苯并噻吩加氢脱硫反应,其加氢脱硫活性高于AlPO_4-5和等体积浸渍法制备Ni负载的Ni/AlPO_4-5分子筛。与WO3负载氧化铝的传统加氢处理催化剂(W/A)相比,引入NiAlPO_4-5制备的催化剂W/A+NiAlPO_4-5显示出更高的二苯并噻吩加氢脱硫活性。NiAlPO 4-5 zeolites with various NiO contents were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method.FT-IR,UV-Vis DRS and H 2-TPR characterization showed that metal Ni existed in framework and non-framework in NiAlPO 4-5 zeolite.Introduction of Ni did not change the typical crystal structures of AlPO 4-5 zeolite.Surface area of NiAlPO 4-5 zeolites was lager,crystal size was bigger and acid amount was more than AlPO 4-5.When applied in hydrodesulfurization of dibenzolthiophene,NiAlPO 4-5 showed higher activity than AlPO 4-5 and Ni/AlPO 4-5 prepared by incient wetness impregnation.W/A+NiAlPO 4-5 showed higher activity in hydrodesulfurization of dibenzolthiophene than traditional WO 3 supported Al 2 O 3 hydrotreating catalysts(W/A).
