摘  要:根据材料流动方向获得判断工件切削表层是否形成切屑的方法,在考虑切削刃钝圆半径、材料流动性等影响基础上,运用ALE方法,建立二维正交切削有限元模型,研究了切削刃钝圆半径对切屑形成过程的影响。发现切削进入稳定阶段后,材料表层的位移矢量会出现明显的分化,由分化的方向可以确定出分流点的位置;随着切削刃钝圆半径的减小,刀具的犁耕作用越来越明显;在达到最小切削厚度后,切屑并不会在切削一开始就形成,而需要经过一个短暂的材料堆积过程,堆积的高度与分流点高度相关。A method of determining whether chips were formed on the workpiece cutting surface was obtained according to the direction of flow of materials.Based on the influence of the tool edge blunt radius and the flow of the material,the ALE method was used to establish a two-dimensional orthogonal cutting finite element model.The influence of the tool edge blunt radius on the chip formation process was studied.It was found that the displacement vector of the surface of the material would be obviously differentiated when the cutting was into the stable stage,and the position of the stagnation point could be gained from the direction of differentiation.With the decrease of the tool edge blunt radius,the plowing of the tool became more and more obvious;After reaching the minimum cutting thickness,a brief material stacking process was required to form chips which would not appear in the beginning and the height of the stack was highly correlated with the stagnation point.
