摘 要:以外圆车削为研究对象,分析车削状态下工件-刀具系统耦合振动动态特性,建立工件-刀具系统非线性动力学模型,得出耦合作用下刀具系统振动微分方程。利用振动测试系统获取刀尖位置在不同进给速度和转速下的振动信号,通过时域和频域分析,探讨刀具振动信号随切削参数的变化规律。研究表明:相同切削条件下,随着进给速度的增加,刀具振动幅值增大,但刀具振动主频变化不大,且振动能量变化不明显。随着主轴转速的增加,刀具振动加速度明显增加。In order to research dynamic characteristics of workpiece and tool system under coupling vibration state,nonlinear dynamic model of workpiece and tool system was established for cylindrical turning,and the vibration equation of cutting tool system was obtained.The vibration signal near tool nose was collected by piezoelectricity acceleration sensor and vibration signal analyser under the same cutting experiment condition,and vibration signal of different spindle speed and feed speed was gotten.The varying pattern of cutting tool system vibration signal with cutting parameter was discussed by time domain and frequency domain analysis.The Results showed that the vibration amplitude of cutting tool system increased with the increase of feed rate under the same cutting condition.Main frequency of the tool system vibration didn't change obviously,and the vibration energy didn’t change obviously.With the increase of spindle speed,cutting tool vibration acceleration increased significantly.
