摘  要:行星齿轮机构装配关系复杂,实现自动装配难度较大,为提高行星齿轮机构的设计效率,文章对行星齿轮机构参数化建模和自动装配技术进行了研究。通过分析行星轮系的结构特点,文中提出了一种行星轮系自动装配程序设计流程,研究了参数化建模和自动装配功能模块的开发步骤和主要功能,在Pro/E 5.0中利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008开发出了具有可视化界面的参数化建模和自动装配模块。通过上述参数化建模与自动装配程序可实现行星齿轮传动系统各个零件的快速设计与整个系统的快速装配,从整体上提高了设计效率。It is difficult to realize the automatic assembly of the planetary gear mechanism because of its assembly relationship complexity.In order to improve the design efficiency of planetary gear mechanism,this paper studies the parametric modeling and automatic assembly technologies of planetary gear mechanism.By analyzing the structural features of the planetary gear train,this paper presents a design process of automatic assembly for planetary gear train,and studies the development steps and main functions of parametric modeling and automatic assembly function module,and develops these two modules which have a visual interface by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 combined with Pro/E 5.0.The rapid design of each part and the rapid assembly of the entire system in the planetary gear transmission system can be achieved through the above-mentioned parametric modeling and automatic assembly modules,and the overall design efficiency can be improved.
