摘　　要：汉末白波军起兵之"西河白波谷"应在东汉西河郡境内,而今山西襄汾永固乡之白波垒应是其流动作战经过此地时所筑的堡垒遗迹。白波军与流亡出奔的南单于於夫罗自出西河即联军而行,初平元年至兴平二年的史料空白期中,白波军应是与於夫罗共同汇入黑山于毒等部,参与会师青徐黄巾军的行动并与曹袁联盟交战。白波军在东方战场与曹袁对抗之际,已与西方凉州军建立了合作关系,战败返回后又实质性地投入凉州军。正是在这个前提下,白波军作为凉州军、关东军两大势力之外的第三股势力,承担起了汉末皇权由西转移至东的历史使命。Xihe BaiBo Valley where Baibo Army revolted should be located in Xihe County of the late Han Dynasty,not in today??s remains named Baibo Fort.From the beginning to left Xihe County,they already made an alliance with Wufu Luo.From the first year of Chuping to the second year of Xingping,they should united with Yudu etc.Units of Heishan Army,were fighting with Cao Cao and Yuan Shao for join forces with Qing Xu Huangjin.Then they already established cooperation with Corps of Liang Zhou,so that later they could transferred imperial power from Corps of Liang Zhou to allies of Guandong army.
