天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压92例

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治肝阳上亢型高血压患者92例,随机分为两组,每组46例。治疗组给予天麻钩藤饮加减配合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,比较治疗后两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮加减配合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗肝阳上亢型高血压临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tianmagouteng decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang.Methods:92 cases of hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang were divided into two groups randomly,with 46 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tianmagouteng decoction combined with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianmagouteng decoction combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang had significant clinical effect.
