麒麟接骨丹促进骨折愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麒麟接骨丹促进骨折愈合的疗效,并对其促进骨折愈合的作用机制进行分析。方法:收治胫腓骨骨干骨折(A0分型4A、4B、4C型)中青年患者224例,分两组。对照组进行常规骨折治疗基础。治疗组加用麒麟接骨丹治疗。有完整登记及随访评估资料的患者224例。分别对各组患者2、4、8、12周时进行X线片骨痂生长情况评分、疼痛评分及患者骨折愈合时间(周数)进行对比。结果:骨折愈合时间麒麟接骨丹组的愈合时间(9.32±1.65)周,对照组的愈合时间(11.67±1.87)周。骨痂生长情况评分比较,麒麟接骨丹组明显好于对照组。疼痛评分在同阶段麒麟接骨丹组低于对照组,疼痛缓解时间明显早于对照组。结论:麒麟接骨丹具有明显的缓解疼痛、促进骨折愈合的作用。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qilin Jiegu Dan on promoting fracture healing and analyze its mechanism of promoting fracture healing.Methods:A total of 224 young and middle-aged patients diagnosed with tibial shaft fractures(A0 type 4A,4B,4C)were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated as the basis of conventional fracture treatment.The treatment group was treated with Qilin Jiegu Dan.There were 224 patients with completed registration and follow-up assessment data.We compared the growth scores,pain scores,and fracture healing time(weeks)of x-rays at 2,4,8,and 12 weeks in each group.Results:The healing time of the fracture healing time group was(9.32±1.65)weeks,and that of the control group was(11.67±1.87)weeks.Compared with the scores of the epiphyseal growth,the Qiulin Dangudan group was significantly better than the control group.The pain score was lower in the Qilindangu group than in the control group at the same stage,and the pain relief time was significantly earlier than the control group.Conclusion:Qilin Jiegudan has obvious effects in alleviating pain and promoting fracture healing.
