摘 要:目的:探讨动态心电图检查在小儿心律失常诊断中的价值。方法:收治心律失常患儿100例,全部患儿均接受动态心电图检查和常规心电图检查,对心律失常检出率进行统计分析。结果:在传导阻滞、房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、室上性心动过速、室性心动过速的检出率方面,动态心电图检查显著高于常规心电图检查(P<0.05)。在心率变异性方面,非室性心律失常患儿与室性心律失常患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断小儿心律失常时,动态心电图检查具有非常重要的诊断价值,通过对心率变异性进行测定能为病情评估提供科学依据。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram in children with arrhythmia.Methods:100 children with arrhythmia were selected.All of the children received dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram detection,the rate of arrhythmia detection was statistically analyzed.Results:The dynamic electrocardiogram examination was significantly higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram(P<0.05)in conduction block,atrial premature contraction,ventricular premature contraction,supraventricular tachycardia,and ventricular tachycardia detection rate.In heart rate variability,there was a significant difference between non ventricular arrhythmia children and ventricular arrhythmia children(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of arrhythmia in children,dynamic electrocardiogram(Holter)has a very important diagnostic value.The measurement of heart rate variability can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of the disease.
