摘　　要：目的:探讨疼痛护理干预在眼创伤患者中的临床应用效果。方法:收治眼创伤患者82例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予疼痛护理干预,比较两组疼痛评分。结果:两组重度疼痛、轻度疼痛比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对眼创伤患者采用疼痛护理干预可显著缓解患者疼痛程度,提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pain nursing intervention in patients with ocular trauma.Methods:82 cases of patients with ocular trauma were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given pain nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The pain scores between groups were compared.Results:There was a significant difference of severe pain and mild pain between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain nursing intervention could relieve pain significantly and improve nursing quality in patients with ocular trauma.
