摘  要:比较Theta/beta神经反馈治疗前后脑电相干性的变化,从而证明神经反馈对注意力缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童脑电存在积极正向影响。通过采集16例ADHD患者神经反馈前后清醒闭眼脑电和16例正常儿童清醒闭眼脑电数据。研究了6个频段半球间和半球内脑电相干性。结果表明,神经反馈训练后ADHD儿童中短距离半球内theta频段相干性显著降低,长距离半球内theta和alpha频段相干性显著增加。在额区和颞区半球间alpha频段相干性显著增加并且theta频段相干性显著降低,在中央区-顶区-枕区半球间delta和theta频段相干性显著降低。可见,theta/beta神经反馈能影响ADHD儿童异常脑电活动,从而改善ADHD症状。神经反馈干预训练对脑电相干性有积极的影响,脑电相干性参数能够为评价神经反馈的作用提供一种客观的技术方法。EEG coherence difference during the theta/beta neurofeedback intervention was investigated while evaluate EEG coherence between pre-and post-neurofeedback training to prove the effectiveness of neurofeedback.16 ADHD children and 16 healthy controls were recruited.EEG coherence was calculated for intrahemispheric and interhemispheric electrode pairs for six frequency bands.The results show that,after neurofeedback training,ADHD participants have decreased short-medium intrahemispheric coherence in the theta and increased long distance intrahemispheric coherence in theta and alpha.Frontal and temporal interhemispheric coherences have increased in the alpha and reduced in theta,and central-parietal-occipital coherences have reduced in delta and theta.It is concluded that theta/beta neurofeedback protocol is able to alter brain activity so as to improve ADHD symptom.This intervention can have a positive influence upon EEG coherence.EEG coherence changes can provide objective and crucial evidence to evaluate the neurofeedback efficacy.
