摘 要:利用热重分析方法对污泥进行了热解特性实验,分析了污泥在不同升温过程中的基本失重规律。此外,热重曲线还说明污泥的燃烧方式与煤的燃烧方式不完全一样,污泥燃烧过程比较复杂,主要原因是挥发分析出阶段分为易挥发分析出和难挥发分析出两个阶段。实验表明,污泥可在较低温度下着火,并有着良好的燃烧特性,挥发分析出燃烧非常迅速,同时有一部分物质极难分解。煤的燃烧过程与污泥的燃烧过程存在明显的差异。The pyrolysis properties of sludge were experimentally studied by means of thermogravimetric analysis,The basic weightlessness of sludge in different heating processes is analyzed.In addition,thermogravimetric curve also shows that the sludge combustion mode and the burning of coal not exactly the same way,sludge combustion process is more complex,the main reason is that volatile analyze phase is divided into volatile and difficult to volatilize is analyzed with the analysis of the two phases.Experiments show that,sludge can catch fire at lower temperature and has good combustion characteristics,the volatile precipitation is very rapid,there is also some material that is extremely difficult to break down.The combustion process of sludge and coal is obviously different.
