摘　　要：异纺蛛科Hexathelidae蜘蛛是一类结漏斗状网的,也是一类重要的产毒动物。多年的研究结果显示,我国现已记述异纺蛛科蜘蛛仅1属13种,即版纳大疣蛛Macrothele bannaensis Xu&Yin,2001、巨大疣蛛M.gigas Shimojana&Haupt,1998、贵州大疣蛛M.guizhouensis Hu&Li,1986、霍氏大疣蛛M.holsti Pocock,1901、勐仑大疣蛛M.menglunensis Li&Zha,2013、湖南大疣蛛M.hunanica Zhu&Song,2000、单卷大疣蛛M.monocirculata Xu et Yin,2000、触形大疣蛛M.palpator Pocock,1901、雷氏大疣蛛Macrothele raveni Zhu,Li&Song,2000、简大疣蛛M.simplicata(Saito,1933)、台湾大疣蛛M.taiwanensis Shimojana&Haupt 1998、颜氏大疣蛛M.yani Xu,Yin et Griswold,2002和云南大疣蛛M.yunnanica Zhu&Song,2000。通过对雷氏大疣蛛Macrothele raveni Zhu,Li&Song,2000蛛毒的研究,结果显示雷氏大疣蛛Macrothele raveni Zhu,Li&Song,2000的蛛毒具有较好的纤溶作用,并对人肝癌、肺癌、宫颈癌细胞具有明显的抑制作。本文对国内异纺蛛科蜘蛛的区系分类研究和蛛毒的开发利用研究进行综述。Hexathelidae of spiders was known as funnel-webs,and as the venomous funnel-web spiders.Up to now,Researched result show,13 species belong to one genus have been described:Macrothele bannaensis Xu&Yin,2001,M.gigas Shimojana&Haupt,1998,M.guizhouensis Hu&Li,1986,M.holsti Pocock,1901,M.menglunensis Li&Zha,2013,M.hunanica Zhu&Song,2000,M.monocirculata Xu et Yin,2000,M.palpator Pocock,1901,Macrothele raveni Zhu,Li&Song,2000,M.simplicata(Saito,1933),M.taiwanensis Shimojana&Haupt 1998,M.yani Xu,Yin et Griswold,2002 and M.yunnanica Zhu&Song,2000.To study the toxin of species Macrothele raveni Zhu,Li&Song,2000,the result that the toxin show well function of fibrinolysis,and with obvious inhibitory action for the carcinoma of liver,lung and cervix.this paper summarized the fauna of the family Hexathelidae and the exploitation and utilization of toxin in China.
