摘 要:石油生产的主要成本为电费,为降低抽油机的使用成本,在风能资源比较好的地区可以采用风力发电供电系统有效降低对电网的用电量。大庆油田位于地域开阔平坦的风能丰富区,属于春秋强中压型风能丰富区,有效风速的年累计时间在4000 h以上,如果在油田采区内组成风电-网电互补的供电系统,以风电为主要供电方式,当无风或微风时,自动切换网电给抽油机供电,减少传统电网电力消耗,最大限度地实现节能减排、降低成本的目标。分析油田能耗、风力资源情况,从政策和技术方面得出抽油机风网互补供电系统应用的可行性。The main cost of oil production is electricity.In order to reduce the cost of pumping unit,the wind power supply system can be used to effectively reduce the electricity consumption of the grid in areas with good wind energy resources.Daqing Oilfield is located in the open area of flat wind energy-rich area,which is strong medium-pressure wind-rich area in spring and autumn,and it has the effective wind speed of annual cumulative time of 4000 hours or more.If we form a wind power-network complementary power supply system in the oil field mining area,in which wind power as the main power supply,when there is no wind or breeze,automatic switching network power supply to the pumping unit,it can reduce the power consumption of traditional power grids,maximize the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction and cost reduction.This paper analyzes the oil field energy consumption,wind resources,get the feasibility report of the pumping unit wind power and network complementary supply system from the policy and technical aspects.
