活血养心汤对心梗PCI后患者心功能、心肌酶以及血清SOD、ET、NO等指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟活血养心汤对于急性心肌梗死冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗患者的心功能指标、心肌酶学指标及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)等指标的影响。方法:选取以PCI治疗的108例AMI患者作为观察对象,将入选患者经均分后,分别纳入对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规PCI及术后辅助治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的同时给予自拟活血养心汤治疗;治疗1个疗程后,评估两组临床疗效,观察两组术后1d与术后30d时心肌酶学指标、血清生化指标、心功能指标的改变情况。结果:观察组总有效率为94.44%,对照组总有效率为79.63%;观察组临床疗效评估结果整体优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CK、CKMB、SOD、MDA均较前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项心肌酶学指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组ET、NO均较前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组ET、NO均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心功能NYHA分级、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF均较前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组各项心功能指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血养心汤能够提高AMI患者PCI疗效,更加理想的改善患者心肌酶学指标、血清生化指标及心功能指标,是AMI患者PCI的理想辅助治疗手段。Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Yangxin decoction for acute myocardial infarction(AMI)percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)treatment in patients with cardiac function,myocardial enzymes and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),endothelin(ET)and nitric oxide(NO)and other indexes.Methods:108 cases of AMI patients as the observation object,all patients were selected by sharing,were divided into control group and observation group,the control group adopted routine PCI adjuvant therapy and postoperative observation group in the control group treatment and treated with Huoxue Yangxin decoction;after a course of treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,myocardial enzymes,serum biochemical index,cardiac function index changes of two groups were observed after 1 d and 30 d after operation situation.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,the total effective rate of the control group was 79.63%,and the results of clinical efficacy evaluation in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of CK,CK-MB,SOD,MDA were all better than before(P<0.05).After the treatment,the myocardial enzyme indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of ET and NO were better than before(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,ET and NO(P<0.05).After treatment,the NYHA grade,LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF of the two groups were all improved compared with that before(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Yangxin decoction can improve PCI curative effect of AMI patients,and better improve myocardial enzyme index,serum biochemical index and cardiac function index.It is an ideal adjuvant therapy for PCI of AMI patients,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
