湿热消汤联合银花泌炎灵片对前列腺炎患者IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨湿热消汤联合银花泌炎灵片对前列腺炎患者IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响。方法:选取前列腺炎患者164例,按照随机数字表法,随机分为观察组和对照组各82例,对照组使用银花泌炎灵片治疗,观察组在此基础上使用湿热消汤进行联合治疗,14d为1个疗程。比较两组临床疗效,并对两组IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平相关指标进行比较,观察两组患者国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),并比较两组患者尿动力学变化和不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率(93.90%)高于对照组(85.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组指标均有所改善,且观察组下降程度更加明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组IPSS和NIH-CPSI评分无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者IPSS和NIH-CPSI评分降低幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者最大尿流率、最大膀胱容量、最大逼尿肌压力、膀胱稳定性等指标无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者尿动力学指标升高和降低程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.44%)和对照组(3.66%)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:湿热消汤联合银花泌炎灵片治疗前列腺炎能减轻患者前列腺炎症状和炎性水平,对患者尿动力学改善明显。Objective:To explore the effects of Shirexiao decoction on the level of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin patients with prostatitis.Methods:Selection 164 cases of patients with prostatitis,according to the stochastic indicator method,each 82 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group using Yinhua Miyanling tablet,observation group based on the use of Shirexiao decoction for combination therapy,14 d for a period of treatment.Compare two groups of clinical curative effect of two groups of beta,IL-6 and IL-1 TNF alpha level related indicators to compare,observe two groups of patients with international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and chronic inflammatory prostate score(NIH-CPSI),and compare the two groups of patients with urinary dynamics change and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(93.90%)was higher than that in the control group(85.37%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups before treatment beta,IL-6 and IL-1β,TNF alpha level no obvious difference(P>0.05),after treatment,two groups of indicators were improved,the degree of decline than the control group and observation group was obviously(P<0.05);there was no difference between the two groups of IPSS and NIH-CPSI scores(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of IPSS and NIH-CPSI were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,two groups of patients with maximum urinary flow rate,the maximum bladder capacity,detrusor,bladder pressure stability index has no obvious difference(P>0.05),after treatment,the observation group of patients with urinary dynamics index rise and fall significantly superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions(2.44%)and the control group(3.66%)were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shirexiao decoction combined Yinhua Miyanling tablet has a good effect in the treatment of prostatitis,relieve patients with prostatic inflammatio
