通窍鼻炎方对慢性鼻窦炎患者体内Foxa2、黏蛋白MUC5AC、HIF-1α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨通窍鼻炎方对慢性鼻窦炎患者体内Foxa2、黏蛋白MUC5AC、HIF-1α水平的影响性。方法:选取116例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序平均分成两组,均为58例。对照组常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用通窍鼻炎方治疗,观察不同方法治疗后在临床症状、疗效、实验室指标和生活质量变化情况。结果:两组治疗前流脓、鼻塞、头昏头痛、嗅觉减退、黏膜充血肿胀积分和炎症指标IL-β、IL-5、TNF-α以及Foxa2、黏蛋白MUC5AC、HIF-1α比较差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组治疗前末在Foxa2、黏蛋白MUC5AC、HIF-1α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);余治疗末较治疗前以上指标两组均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗末研究组以上指标较对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。疗效上,对照组治愈率22.41%、总有效率81.03%;研究组治愈率36.21%、总有效率93.1%,研究组显著优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎方能抑制慢性鼻窦炎患者体内Foxa2、黏蛋白MUC5AC、HIF-1α表达,从而提高疗效,改善临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongqiao Biyan recipe on Foxa2 in patients with chronic sinusitis,and MUC5AC protein levels of HIF-1 alpha.Methods:116 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected as the research object and were divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission,all of which were 58 cases.The control group received routine treatment,research group in the control group based on the use of Tongqiao Biyan recipe treatment,observation of different treatment in the clinical symptoms,curative effect,laboratory index and quality of life changes.Results:The two groups before treatment,nasal congestion,dizziness,headache,pus hyposmia,mucosal hyperemia,swelling score and inflammation index of IL-beta,IL-5,TNF-,Foxa2,alpha HIF-1 alpha and MUC5AC protein.There was no significant difference(P>0.05);the control group before treatment and at the end of Foxa2,the expression of MUC5AC,no significant difference was found in HIF-1 alpha level difference(P>0.05);more than the end of treatment compared with before treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment in the research group the above indexes significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the cure rate was 22.41%and the total effective rate was 81.03%.The cure rate of the study group was 36.21%and the total effective rate was 93.1%.The difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Biyan recipe can inhibit the expression of Foxa2 in patients with chronic sinusitis,the expression of MUC5AC,HIF-1 alpha,so as to improve the curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms.
