维汉民族原发性高血压患者肾素活性与左心室肥厚的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨维吾尔族、汉族原发性高血压患者肾素活性与左心室肥厚的关系。方法回顾性分析217例维汉两民族原发性高血压患者的临床资料,血浆肾素活性,并分析肾素活性与左心室肥厚的关系。结果 (1)维汉两民族比较PRA,24 h DBP,LVMI值间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)在多因素Logistic回归分析模型中,性别(OR=0.253)、民族(OR=2.551)、高肾素(OR=3.039)为左心室肥肥厚的影响因素。(3)分别维汉民族进行多因素Logistic回归分析模型显示:维吾尔族高血压人群中,性别(OR=0.323)、年龄(OR=4.808)、高肾素(OR=4.182)是左心室肥厚的影响因素;在汉族高血压人群中,性别(OR=0.166)是左心室肥厚的影响因素。结论维吾尔族原发性高血压患者肾素活性高于汉族,高肾素活性是维吾尔族高血压患者左心室肥厚的危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between plasma renin activity and left ventricular hypertrophy in uygur and han patients with essential hypertension in Xinjiang.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data,plasma renin activity,and analyze the relationship between renin activity and left ventricular hypertrophy.Results(1)There was significant difference between PRA,24 h DBP and LVMI(P<0.05).(2)In a multivariate logistic regression model,gender(OR=0.253),ethnicity(OR=2.551),and high renin(OR=3.039)were the influencing factors of left ventricular hypertrophy;(3)The multi-factor logistic regression analysis of the Uygur and Han peoples showed that,gender(OR=0.323),age(OR=4.808)and high rennin activity(OR=4.182)were the influential factors of left ventricular hypertrophy in the Uygur hypertension population.In the Han hypertensive population,gender(OR=0.166)was the influencing factor of left ventricular hypertrophy.Conclusion The renin activity of Uygur patients with essential hypertension is higher than that of Han people,and the activity of high renin is a risk factor of left ventricular hypertrophy in Uighur hypertensive patients.
