摘  要:以鄂尔多斯新街矿区某矿主斜井为研究对象,针对该斜井井筒涌水量大、冻结长度长的难题,通过理论计算、数值模拟及现场实测等手段,对斜井冻结壁形成规律、冻结壁自然解冻规律、冻结壁交圈、斜井分段冻结进行研究,优化设计了斜井冻结方案,将整个冻结段分成5段,分段冻结、分段掘进、分段砌筑,并实现了平行作业,使倾角达16°斜井顺利通过白垩纪含水层,创造了斜井冻结长度最长的记录,为西部矿区类似井筒的冻结施工提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。Taking the main inclined shaft of a mine in Ordos Xinjie mining area as the research object,the formation of the frozen wall of the inclined shaft was frozen and frozen by the theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and on-site measurement for the problem of large water inflow and long freezing length of the inclined shaft.The wall natural thawing law,frozen wall intersection,and inclined well section freezing were studied,and the inclined well freezing scheme was optimized.The whole frozen section was divided into 5 sections,sectioned freezing,sectioned tunneling,sectioned masonry,and realized.Parallel operation makes the inclined well 16°inclined well pass through the cretaceous aquifer,creating the longest record of the inclined length of the inclined well,which provides valuable reference for the freezing construction of similar wellbore in the western mining area.
