摘  要:以糠醛、乙二胺、苯乙酮为原料合成油溶性曼尼希碱缓蚀剂,并利用甲醛、亚硫酸氢钠对其改性得到水溶性缓蚀剂EFA,利用静态失重法和电化学法对其缓蚀性能进行评价,并利用能谱(EDS)以及环境扫描(SEM)对N80钢片表面进行分析。结果表明,缓蚀剂EFA具有良好的缓蚀效果,有效抑制了CO_2及盐水腐蚀,在钢片表面形成有效吸附膜。taking furfural,ethylenediamine and acetophenone as raw material to synthetic oil soluble mannich alkali corrosion inhibitors,and by using formaldehyde and sodium bisulfite modification to its water soluble corrosion inhibitor EFA,using static weight loss method and electrochemical method to evaluate the corrosion performance,and use the energy spectrum(EDS)and environmental scanning(SEM)analysis of N80 steel surface.The experimental results show that the corrosion inhibitor has a good corrosion inhibition effect,effectively inhibits the corrosion of CO2 and salt water,and forms an effective adsorption film on the surface of the steel sheet.
