摘　　要：采用一种新的工艺方法合成胡椒环,减少了高温导致的分解现象。后处理采用气水蒸馏-油水分离器分离-汽水蒸馏循环方式,减少了废水产生量。将蒸馏回收的二氯甲烷和DMSO再度回收套用,研究发现对反应没有影响。A new process method was used to synthesize the pepper rings,which reduced the decomposition phenomenon caused by high temperature.The post-treatment was separated by air-water distillation-oil-water separatordyeing distillation cycle to reduce the amount of wastewater generated.Distillation recovery of methylene chloride and DMSO was recovered again and the study found no effect on the reaction.
