摘  要:空调滤布的材质和厚度直接决定空调滤布的过滤效果,从而影响使用者的健康。在本实验中,我们设计了一种较为完备的方案来鉴定空调滤布(无纺布)纤维的组成,通过显微镜观察、燃烧实验、溶解实验、红外光谱测试几种方法确定了市售的一种空调滤布纤维的材质,证明该空调滤布纤维为丙纶材料,即聚丙烯高分子纤维材料。The material and thickness of the air-conditioning filter cloth directly determine the performance of the airconditioning filter cloth,thereby affecting the user’s health.This experiment designed a more complete program to identify the composition of air conditioning filter(non-woven fabric),through a microscope observation,combustion experiments,dissolution experiments,infrared spectroscopy testing a variety of methods to determine a commercially available material of the air-conditioning filter.Through various tests on the air-conditioning filter cloth samples,it was proved that the airconditioning filter was polypropylene material,that is,polypropylene fiber material.
