摘 要:传统食用油检测技术费时费力,并不能满足社会的需求。在化学工艺中傅里叶变化光谱广泛应用于化学物构成的检验,可以将傅里叶变换光谱技术应用在食用油的检验上。利用该技术可以对油脂进行分类和掺杂掺假检测,不仅如此,在对食用油碘值、皂化值等方面也能够在极短时间内完成检测。The traditional edible oil detection technology is time-consuming and laborious and cannot meet the needs of the society.Therefore,we must find a new way to carry out edible oil testing.In the chemical process,Fourier change spectroscopy is widely used in chemical composition tests,so we can apply Fourier transform spectroscopy to the inspection of edible oils.This technology can be used to classify oils and adulterate adulterants.Not only that,but also in terms of iodine value and saponification value of edible oils,it can be tested in a very short time.Therefore,this article will explain how to apply Fourier transform spectroscopy to analyze edible oils.
