中药足浴联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药足浴联合硫辛酸治疗后对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者自觉症状及神经传导速度的影响。方法选取2015年3月~2017年3月在我科住院的糖尿病周围神经病变患者56例,随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=26)。两组均行常规降糖治疗,对照组单用甲钴胺注射液治疗,治疗组在此基础上使用中药足浴联合硫辛酸注射液治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者临床疗效以及腓总神经感觉传导速度(SMCV)和运动传导速度(MNCV)。结果治疗组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的42.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MNCV和SMCV均高于治疗前,治疗组MNCV和SMCV分别为(40.7±3.3)m/s和(44.6±3.1)m/s,均高于对照组的(36.2±2.5)m/s和(39.2±2.5)m/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药泡足联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,可改善患者的自觉症状,可以推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid on the conscious symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 56 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy hospitalized in our department from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=26).The two groups were treated with conventional hypoglycemic therapy,while the control group were treated with mecobalamin injection alone.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid injection on this basis.The clinical efficacy and the sensory conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve(SMCV)and motor conduction velocity(MNCV)were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of the control group 42.31%,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).After the treatment,the MNCV and SMCV of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment.The MNCV and SMCV of the treatment group were(40.7依3.3)m/s and(44.6依3.1)m/s respectively,which were higher than those of the control group which is(36.2依2.5)m/s and(39.2依2.5)m/s,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is satisfactory.It can improve the patients'conscious symptoms and can be popularized.
