肾衰宁联合科素亚治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾衰宁联合科素亚治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我科收治确诊的早期DN患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予饮食宣教、运动、降血糖、调血脂等基础治疗并口服科素亚,实验组在对照组基础上口服肾衰宁片。比较治疗3个月后两组24h U-MA、BUN、Cr变化。结果实验组治疗总有效率为85.00%,显著高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后24h U-MA、BUN、Cr均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后24h U-MA、BUN、Cr均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗早期糖尿病肾病方面,肾衰宁联合科素亚疗效显著,可减少尿蛋白,降低血尿素氮、血肌酐水平,可在临床大力推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenshuaining combined with Kosu in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,80 patients with early DN were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given diet education,exercise,hypoglycemia,blood lipids adjustment and so on basic treatment and oral Kosu,the experimental group on the basis of the control group oral Shenshuaining tablets,the 24 h U-MA,BUN,Cr changes of the two groups after 3 months were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 65.00%,the difference was significant(<0.05),after two groups of treatment,24h U-MA,BUN,Cr were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(<0.05);the 24 h U-MA,BUN,Cr of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,Shenshuaining combined with Kosu has a significant effect,which can reduce urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine level,and can be popularized in clinical practice.
