摘　　要：2017年我国天然气产业链呈现出新特点:国内天然气产量强势上扬;天然气进口量高速增长,LNG(液化天然气)进口量重新超过管道气;地下储气库短板特征凸显,LNG接收站作用突出;天然气管网建设持续推进,LNG槽车运输异军突起;天然气消费爆发式增长,天然气冬季供应紧张。通过分析天然气产业链面临的机遇与挑战,对2018年天然气行业发展进行了展望,并提出了相关建议:加大资源开发力度,建立多元化供应体系;加快干线管网建设,推动互联互通工程;统筹规划,完善储气调峰体系建设;加强需求侧管理,完善供用气合同;完善天然气价格机制。Natural gas industry supply chain and logistics have evolved in 2017.Domestic gas production and imported gas have increased substantially.The volume of import of LNG(liquefied natural gas)again exceeded the domestic pipeline network capacity,and the shortfall of gas storage has proven to be a major barrier to further conversion to Natural gas as a prime fuel for energy intensive industries.Natural gas pipeline network constructions has started at a fast pace,and in the interim,LNG tanker truck transportation fleets were rapidly deployed.In winter of 2017,Natural gas consumption experienced massive growth,resulting in short term shortages in certain areas.LNG tanker truck transportation fleets were rapidly deployed,and natural gas pipeline construction and de-bottlenecking have been given high priority and currently underway.The prospected and relevant suggestions for development of natural gas industry in 2018 were put forward by analysis of natural gas industry supply chain.Increasing resource development,establishing diversified supply systems,setting up pipeline network and adjusting seasonal demand variations,improving the management of demands,contract of supply and price of LNG and Nature gas system are suggested.
