摘 要:大庆某外围油田属低渗透油田,随着油田的开发,剩余未动用储量丰度降低,百万吨产能井数增高,使投资控制空间越来越小。同时,地面系统运行局部工艺出现不适应性和能耗高等问题,造成成本控制难度加大。分析了该油田地面系统存在的问题,论述了地面系统提质增效的措施,包括优化新区建设方案、优化调整分散注水工艺、减少掺水量实施降温集输等优化调整措施。通过地面系统的优化运行,达到了降低投资、控制成本、提高整体开发效益的目的,满足了油田生产需要。A peripheral oil field in Daqing has low permeability.After many years of oil production,the in situ reserves have declined.The number of well has to be increased to get the same productivity capacity as previously.That made the return on investment less attractive.At the same time,the process technical inflexibility,and high energy consumption make production cost control more difficult.This article stated the improved oil field surface facilities flexibility and efficiency,and analyzed the optimizations of development of new areas,adjusting the disposition of the water injection process,reducing the water content and energy saving on gathering and transportation system.Through the optimized operation,the purpose of reducing investment,controlling cost and improving overall development efficiency has been achieved.
