摘  要:为了降低JC14.5号紧密赛络纺成纱棉结,通过调整配棉方案,降低清花打手速度,改善盖板锡林针布配套,收紧锡林盖板梳理隔距,缩少细纱牵伸浮游区,调整纺纱车间各工序的相对温湿度等一系列措施,追踪分析成纱棉结产生的原因。生产实践表明,通过上述各项措施,可减少延棉棉结,降低生条棉结和牵伸产生的棉结,有效降低了成纱棉结。In order to reduce the yarn neps of JC14.5 compact siro spinning,by adjusting the cotton blending scheme,reducing the speed of the clearing and beating,improving the matching of the needle cloth of the tin forest,tightening the carding interval of the tin forest cover,reducing the drafting in the floating zone,adjusting the relative temperature and humidity of the various procedures of the spinning workshop and so on,the cause of the yarn neps is traced and analyzed.The practice shows that the cotton knot can be reduced,the cotton knot of the raw cotton and the knot produced by drafting can be reduced,and the yarn neps can be effectively reduced.
