摘　　要：Experion HS/HC900混合控制系统是Honeywell公司推出的基于过程数据采集、混合模拟量和开关量过程控制、顺序控制、批量处理和其他应用需求的开放式控制系统,可用于混合过程控制和设备集成控制。本文通过该系统在扑热息痛生产装置中的应用实例,介绍了Experion HS/HC900系统在该生产装置中的系统规模、网络架构、硬件组成、软件组态,控制方案设计以及实施效果。该系统的应用充分发挥了DCS系统的优势,保证了生产装置的稳定、安全运行,使生产更加科学化、规范化、系统化,给企业带来了可观的技术与经济效益。Honeywell Experion HS/HC900 hybrid control system is an open control system for mixed process application and equipment integration control,which is based on process data acquisition,mixed analog quantity and switch quantity process control,batch processing and sequential control.Through the application of the system in the paracetamol production device,this paper introduces the system scale,network architecture,hardware composition,software configuration,control scheme design and implementation effect of Experion HS/HC900 system in the production device.The application of the system gives full play to the advantages of the DCS system,ensures the safe and stable operation of the device,makes the enterprise production more scientific and standardized,and has also brought considerable technical and economic benefits to the enterprise.
