摘　　要：随着热控行业技术人员对热工保护可靠性工作的重视,近年来火电机组热工主保护误动事件大大降低,但是与人员和现场设备相关的热工非停事件仍时有发生。本文对某厂发生的一起因高调门行程开关压杆螺母松动引起的非停事件进行了原因分析,针对暴露出的问题,提出了处理措施和吸取了教训,旨在为防止同类事故的发生提供借鉴。As the thermal control industry personnels attach importance to the reliability of the I&C protection,In recent years,the I&C protection unsafe events for the fossil fuel power units are greatly reduced.However,there is still a lot of I&C protection unsafe events related to personnel and field devices.The author through to Analysis of happened an unsafe Event Caused by Loosening of the Travel Switch Pressure Lever Nut of the High Pressure Control Valve,for exposure problems,the measures and lessons learned are put forward,it aims to provide reference for preventing similar accidents.
