摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺腺泡细胞癌(ACCP)的CT和MRI表现,以提高对本病的认识。资料与方法回顾性分析行CT和(或)MRI检查,并经手术或穿刺病理证实的17例ACCP患者的资料,由2名医师分析其影像资料。结果 5例病变位于胰头部,1例位于胰体部,3例位于胰尾部,8例位于胰体尾部。病灶多呈实性肿块,平均最大径约6.7 cm,大多与胰腺实质分界不清,12例可见包膜;17例病灶内均可见不同程度的坏死。肿瘤呈乏血供16例,富血供1例,均呈不均匀渐进性强化。15例可见供血动脉。结论 ACCP的CT、MRI表现具有一定的特征,有助于疾病的诊断。Purpose To explore the CT and MRI features of acinar cell carcinoma of pancreas(ACCP)in order to improve the understanding of this disease.Materials and Methods The data of 17 patients with ACCP underwent CT and/or MRI examination and confirmed by operation or puncture pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Their image data were analyzed by two senior professional physicians.Results Lesions in pancreatic head were spotted in 5 cases along with 1 case in the pancreatic body,3 cases in the pancreatic tail and 8 cases in the tail of the pancreas.The lesions were mostly solid masses,with an average maximum diameter of about 6.7 cm.Most of them had unclear demarcations with the pancreatic parenchyma and capsules were visible in 12 cases.In 17 lesions,necrosis was seen in varied degrees.There were 16 cases with deficient blood supply in the tumor,and 1 case with abundant blood supply.All demonstrated uneven progressive enhancement.Feeding arteries were spotted in 15 cases.Conclusion The CT and MRI features of ACCP have certain characteristics,which is conducive to the diagnosis of the disease.
