针刺配合艾灸治疗中风后尿失禁45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺配合艾灸治疗中风后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月～2018年1月我院住院治疗的90例中风后尿失禁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例,两组均进行针刺取穴,观察组同时联合艾灸治疗,治疗2个疗程结束后,对两组的临床疗效及膀胱最大容量进行比较分析。结果观察组患者治疗后的治愈率、总有效率分别显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者膀胱最大容量比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组膀胱最大容量较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗前生活质量各项评分比较,差异具有显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合艾灸治疗中风后尿失禁疗效确切,有利于明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量,对提高临床疗效具有重要作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treatment of urinary incontinence after apoplexy.Methods Ninety patients with urinary incontinence after apoplexy,who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018,were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by the random number table.Each group had 45 cases and was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group received moxibustion at the same time.the curative effects and maximum bladder capacity of each group after two courses of treatment were compared.Results Both the cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The maximum bladder capacity after treatment was significantly greater than that before treatment for each group(P<0.01)and the capacity of the observation group was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.01).The difference in each life quality score of two groups was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,each life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion has clear clinical effect and helps improve patients’clinical symptoms and life quality,which plays an important role in improving clinical effect.
