摘　　要：目的研讨医院药剂科推行品管圈(QCC)活动对管理质量的提升作用。方法我院于2017年2月开始在药剂科成立QCC小组,并确定"降低药剂科调剂差错数,优化药品管理流程和提升管理质量"的主题,由圈员负责调查掌握管理现状,分析原因,并制定对策应对,最后对实施QCC管理的有形、无形成果进行评估。结果推行QCC管理后,药剂科的调剂差错件数由原(8.04±0.09)件/周降至(2.40±0.06)件/周,调剂差错70.15%(5.64/8.04)。经QCC管理完善,药师在品管手法、工作效率、团队精神及责任心等各方面的评测结果均有所提升。结论将QCC活动理念引入医院药剂科的药剂管理工作中,能够有效减少调剂差错事件的发生,同时又可优化管理流程、加强药师工作责任心,以及分析和解决问题的能力,值得推荐。Objective To investigate the promotion effect of QCC activities on the management quality of hospital pharmacy.Methods Our hospital began to set up the QCC team in the pharmacy department in February 2017,and determined the theme of“Reducing the number of pharmacy dispensing errors,optimizing the drug management process and improving the management quality”.The circulators were responsible for investigating the current status of management and analyzing the reasons,and formulated countermeasures,and finally evaluated the tangible and intangible results of implementing QCC management.Results After the implementation of QCC management,the number of dispensing errors in the pharmacy department fell from(8.04±0.09)pieces/week to(2.40±0.06)pieces/week,and the dispensing error was 70.15%(5.64/8.04).After the improvement of QCC management,the evaluation results of pharmacists in quality control methods,work efficiency,teamwork,and sense of responsibility all improved.Conclusion The concept of QCC activity introduced into the pharmacy management work of the pharmacy department in hospital,can effectively reduce the occurrence of adjustment error events.At the same time,it can optimize the management process and strengthen pharmacist work responsibility and the ability of analysis and solving problems.It is worth recommending.
