摘　　要：目的探讨口内入路咬肌剥离联合颊脂垫切除瘦脸术的临床应用效果。方法对2014年7月~2015年7月本院收治的25例行口内入路咬肌剥离联合颊脂垫切除瘦脸术治疗患者的一般资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均符合手术适应证。患者及家属均对本研究知情同意,并自愿签署知情同意书。治疗后随访12个月,分析本组患者治疗效果。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,均得到有效随访;25例患者中,对面部正、侧面轮廓改善效果非常满意20例,基本满意5例,不满意0例,满意度为100.0%;术后平均软组织下颌角间距为(120.0±7.5)mm,明显小于术前的(130.5±9.7)mm,平均下面宽减少(9.2±2.2)mm;所有患者均未出现明显远期并发症,咬肌咀嚼功能无明显改变4例,咬肌功能轻度下降21例。结论口内入路咬肌剥离联合颊脂垫切除瘦脸术的临床效果显著,能对面部形态进行改善,且创伤小,并发症少,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of treatment combining intraoral exfoliation of masseter and buccal fat pad excision on face lifting.Methods General records of 25 patients who had been through the treatment combining intraoral exfoliation of masseter and buccal fat pad excision in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients met the requirements for surgery.Patients and their families were informed about this study and voluntarily signed the informed consent.12-month follow-up visit after treatment was paid to analyze the clinical effectiveness of patients.Results Successful operations were done and valid follow-up visits were paid in all the patients.In 25 patients,20 patients were very satisfied with the improvement of facial frontal and lateral profile,5 patients were basically satisfied and 0 was unsatisfied.The satisfactory rate was 100.0%.The postoperative gap between soft tissues of mandibular angles was(120.0±7.5)mm,which was significantly smaller than that before operation(130.5±9.7)mm.The average reduction of facial bottom width was(9.2±2.2)mm.Significant long-term complications were not found in any of patients.Masticatory function of masseter muscle in 4 patients did not change significantly while that in 21 patients declined slightly.Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of treatment combining intraoral exfoliation of masseter and buccal fat pad excision on face lifting was significant.The treatment could improve the shape of face with minimal incision and few complications.It was worth promotion and application.
