摘 要:文中从定量的角度,将物流绩效指数作为研究指标,分析了我国与"海上丝绸之路"沿线国家跨境电商物流绩效的特征。研究发现,即使我国的跨境电商物流绩效水平要优于世界平均,但是"海上丝绸之路"沿线国家的跨境电商物流绩效水平却明显偏低。本身物流绩效水平不高,且区域之间物流绩效差距大,都有碍于"海上丝绸之路"战略的实施以及沿线国家之间跨境电商物流协作的良好开展。最后,文中就如何提升我国与"海上丝绸之路"沿线国家跨境电商物流绩效,提出了一系列对策建议。From a quantitative point of view,the article uses the logistics performance index as a research indicator to analyze the characteristics of China s cross-border e-commerce logistics performance in countries along the Maritime Silk Road.The study found that even if China s cross-border e-commerce logistics performance level is better than the world average,the level of cross-border e-commerce logistics performance of the countries along the“Maritime Silk Road”is obviously low.The level of logistics performance itself is not high,and the gap in logistics performance between regions is large,which hinders the implementation of the“Maritime Silk Road”strategy and the good development of cross-border e-commerce logistics among countries along the route.Finally,this paper proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve China s cross-border e-commerce logistics performance in countries along the Maritime Silk Road.
