长沙跨境电商物流困境及对策建议

摘　　要：在全球电子商务生态系统中,跨境电商与跨境物流同存共生。作为信息经济时代的一种新模式,跨境电商有别于传统的国际贸易及电子商务,它突破了地域界限,呈现出信息化、智能化、多边化等一系列新特征,同时,也面临着前所未有的物流新困境。文中从协同理论的视角,分析长沙跨境电商物流的基本现状,探究跨境电商与跨境物流协同缺失的表征和障碍,并提出相应的对策建议。In the global e-commerce ecosystem,cross-border e-business and cross-border e-commerce logistics exist together.Different from the traditional international trade and e-commerce,cross-border e-business,as a new model in the era of information economy,breaks the geographical boundaries,showing a series of new features of information,intelligence and multilateral.At the same time,it is also faced with a new logistics dilemma.From the perspective of synergetic theory,this paper analyses the general situation of Changsha cross-border e-commerce logistics,probes the characterization and obstacles of the coordination loss of e-commerce and cross-border logistics and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
