摘 要:采用模板法和沉淀法相结合的方法,以尿素作为沉淀剂,Si O_2微球为模板,制备出结构完整、大小均一、形貌可控的Eu^(3+)掺杂Si O_2@La_2O_2CO_3红色荧光粉.XRD谱图表明所得样品属于单斜晶系;FT-IR谱图表明样品具有典型的La_2O_2CO_3吸收峰,与XRD结果一致;SEM图显示样品为微球颗粒,直径为300~350 nm;PL光谱测试发现Eu^(3+)掺杂的样品在617 nm处展示了极强的红色发射,源于Eu^(3+)的~5D_0→~7F_2跃迁.Eu^3+doped SiO2@La2O2CO3 red phosphor powders with the structure integrity,size uniformity and controllable morphology were prepared by the combination of template method and precipitation method,using urea as the precipitator and SiO2 microspheres as the templates.The X Ray Powder Diffraction(XRD)patterns show that the sample is monoclinic and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR)shows that the samples indicate a typical La2O2CO3 absorption peak consistent with the XRD results.The Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)image shows that the products are micro-spherical particles with a diameter of 300-350 nm.The Photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL)indicates that the products exhibites a strong red emission at 617 nm,which is corresponding to 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu^3+ions.
