摘 要:通过降膜蒸发浓缩稠油废水的工艺得到蒸馏水。然后研究了影响蒸馏水的电导率、pH以及其中SiO_2和油的质量浓度的因素。研究表明:蒸馏水的电导率、pH以及其中SiO_2和油的质量浓度均受到稠油废水中的杂质、降膜蒸发器负荷和浓缩倍数的影响。蒸馏水中油的质量浓度主要受稠油废水中易挥发性有机物质的影响。电导率的形成是因为蒸汽带出金属离子,它们随蒸汽一起凝结并溶于蒸馏水中,导致蒸馏水的电导率升高。因此,蒸馏水的电导率、p H和油的质量浓度主要由稠油废水中含有的易挥发性有机物和金属离子决定。但是上述各种因素对蒸馏水中SiO_2的质量浓度影响甚微。Distilled water is gained through falling film evaporation of heavy oil wastewater method.We analyze five indicators of distilled water,namely,its conductivity,pH values,SiO 2,oil and metal mass concentration,and discuss their effect factors.The results show that the conductivity,pH values,SiO 2,oil and metal mass concentration are all related to heavy oil wastewater impurity,falling film evaporator load and enrichment multiple.Oil content of distilled water is mainly related to volatile organic compounds in heavy oil wastewater.What the steam entrains in oil evaporation is volatile organic compounds,of which the majority is oil.The conductivity comes into being when the steam brings out metal ions,which are coagulated with the steam and dissolved in distilled water,leading to the conductivity increase of distilled water.Therefore,the conductivity,pH values,oil content and metal mass concentration of distilled water are determined by the volatile organic compounds and metal ions in heavy oil wastewater.However,the factors mentioned above have little effect on SiO 2 content of distilled water.
