摘 要:用低压差微孔膜过滤法评价了大庆油田第一采油厂24个污水站过滤后的污水,配制廉价驱油用交联聚合物溶液LPS(HPAM的质量浓度为200 mg/L,柠檬酸铝的质量浓度为10 mg/L)的可能性。结果表明:经7 d、45℃静置下的交联反应,有17个站的污水可以配制出LPS,占污水站总数的71%。但是,所配制的LPS较同等条件下用龙虎泡清水配制的LPS封堵效果差。通过研究发现,LPS的形成与污水中残余的HPAM、CO3^(2-)、Mg^(2+)和SO_4^(2-)质量浓度存在负相关关系,与HCO^(3-)质量浓度存在明显的正相关关系,与Cl^-、Ca^(2+)、(K^++Na^+)质量浓度和总矿化度无明显关系。The low-difference microporous membrane filtration method is used to investigate the possibility of formulating LPS(in which HPAM mass concentration is 200 mg/L and aluminum citrate mass concentration is10 mg/L)with filtered sewage from 24 sewage stations of 8 production mines in No.1 Oil Production Plant,Daqing oilfield company limited.The results show that after 7 d crosslinking reaction under static conditions at 45℃,sewage from 17 stations(accounting for 71%of the total sewage stations)can be used to formulate LPS.However,the prepared LPS has a much lower plugging effect than the LPS prepared by the industrial polymer flooded with the Longhu Bubble Water under the same conditions.A detailed analysis of the on-site water quality data and production practices reveal that there is a positive correlation between LPS formation and residual HPAM,CO 2-3,Mg 2+,and SO 2-4 concentration in the sewage,and a significant negative correlation with HCO-3.There is no significant relationship with Cl-,Ca 2+and(K++Na+)concentration and total mineralization.
