摘　　要：信息服务均等化是高校图书馆的发展目标之一,但文献资料分配不均阻碍了这一工作的顺利实现。利用机构知识库作为实现手段,建立学术资料传递与交流平台,通过设定建设方式、改进提交流程、提高质量控制等方式实现高校图书馆信息服务均等化。Equalization of information services is one of the missions of university libraries.However,the unequal distribution of literature and datum has hindered the progress of this work.The institutional repository has a relatively flexible way to publish and collect information.And this feature of promoting knowledge flow and dissemination can effectively realized the equalization of university library services.This study proposes to establish a platform for academic datum transmission and exchange on the basis of the institutional repository,and to achieve the equalization of university library services by setting construction modes,improving the submission process,and promoting quality control.
