摘　　要：目的:了解社区糖尿病患者自我注射胰岛素技术现状,分析影响胰岛素注射技术的影响因素,为开展针对性的社区护理干预提供依据。方法:用自行设计的问卷(总分17分)对240例使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者进行调查,其中男性115例,女性125例。年龄27~98岁,平均年龄(70±11.68)岁。糖尿病患病平均时长(13.88±8.61)年。使用胰岛素平均时长(7.55±5.69)年。结果:患者自行注射胰岛素技术得分为(10.67±3.62)分。针头的更换、废用针头的处理、胰岛素的储藏、注射部位的选择是患者胰岛素注射技术的薄弱环节。受教育水平和是否接受过相关培训指导是胰岛素注射技术的影响因素。结论:社区糖尿病患者自行胰岛素注射的技术欠规范,应发挥社区家庭医生助理的作用,开展针对性的指导。Objective:To understand the current status of self-injecting insulin technology in community diabetic patients and analyze the influencing factors of insulin injection technology to provide the evidence for developing targeted community nursing interventions.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire(total score of 17 points)was used to investigate 240 cases of diabetic patients with insulin.Among them,115 were males,125 were females,and their age was from 27 to 98 years,with an average age of(70±11.68)years.The average duration of diabetes was(13.88±8.61)years.The average duration of insulin use was(7.55±5.69)years.Results:The patient’s self-injection insulin technique score was(10.67±3.62)points.Replacement of needles,disposal of spent needles,storage of insulin and selection of injection sites were weak points in patients’insulin injection technique.The level of education and whether or not to receive training related to injections were the influencing factors of insulin injection technology.Conclusion:The technique of self-administration of insulin in the community diabetic patients is not standardized,and the roles of community family doctor assistants should be brought into play to carry out the targeted guidance.
